If your voucher isn’t working at checkout, please check the following:

1) Voucher Restrictions: Loyalty vouchers cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.
2) Minimum Basket Value: Ensure your basket total is at least £20.
3) Voucher Status: Confirm that your voucher hasn’t already been redeemed and is still valid.
