If your discount code isn’t working at checkout, please check the following:

1) Code Accuracy: Ensure you're entering the code exactly as it appears; codes are case-sensitive and should not include spaces.
2) Validity: Verify that the code hasn't expired or been used previously.
3) Combination Restrictions: Confirm that the code isn’t being used alongside other discounts or sale items unless specified.

Please note:
- The code excludes kits, accessories and travel-sized items.
- Loyalty vouchers may not always be used with discount codes. Check the T&Cs in the email with your code.
