Please note due to the recent Easter Bank holidays returns are taking slightly longer thnan we'd like to process. Please allow up to 21 days.

At Medik8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, return any item that is at least half-full within 30 days of purchase. For UK returns, create a pre-paid shipping label here and send your item(s) back to us. Please be sure to clearly write your Order number on the front of your return to ensure your refund is processed.

After receiving your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once processed.
