To earn points, you must be a Me&Medik8 member before completing your purchase. While you will see points listed at checkout, the double points promotion won't be reflected there.

Instead, your points will be credited to your account 35 days after your purchase. At that time, you'll also see a separate entry in your Account for the additional double points.

So your double points are coming, they just appear later, not during checkout.
