When logged in, the Me&Medik8 page provides a summary of your points activity. Here's what each status means:

Approved: Points that are ready to be redeemed for discount codes immediately.

Pending: Points that are awaiting verification before they can be redeemed. This usually applies to purchases, referrals, or reviews. These will be approved 35 days after placing your order.

Cancelled: Points that won’t be added to your account. For example, if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from pending to cancelled.

To view and use your vouchers, visit My Medik8 Rewards under “Your Available Rewards.” Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
