How can I amend or cancel my order?

My order is pending

Sometimes, our system may identify a discrepancy with your order details. If this occurs, one of our team members will contact you to verify the information and ensure your order is processed smoothly.

I've received a cancellation email and don't know why

Occasionally, a product may become out of stock between the time you place your order and when it’s packed, leading to a cancellation. We will refund the amount to your original payment method, so you can reorder the item once it’s back in stock.

Will my order be merged if I place multiple orders?

If you place multiple orders within a short time frame and they are shipping to the same address, we may automatically merge them into one shipment for efficiency. In these cases, you will receive a single tracking number for the combined order.
