What do I do if I didn't receive my gift with purchase?Updated 2 months ago

If our gift does not appear as free at checkout, please check that you are following the direct link sent via email and are logged into your account. 

If you have already placed your order and you meet the criteria for a gift with purchase but have not received this, it is likely that the toggle at checkout was switched off. In this case if you are within the time frame and the order value meets the minimum threshold please get in contact with us here
